I’m fully craving a poolside fruit platter just looking at these manicures. “Fruit nails for summer will always be one of my favorite trends of the season—they’re bold, vibrant, and refreshing,” says nail artist Sigourney Nuñez.
“The trend also has evolved, and many nail artists are also incorporating 3D elements by using molding gel or builder gel to create texture on the nails for a whimsical element,” she adds. I mean, these sculptural fruits look so juicy and real. I *will* be fighting the urge to take a bite out of my fingertips.

Tinted lip oils are everywhere right now—and that same shiny, glassy finish is making its way to nails. “I’m seeing a bunch of jelly nail trends on social media,” says OPI global education manager Galdina Jimenez.“Expect to see your favorite nail brands launching their own versions of jelly shades,” adds Nuñez. “The finished look is a sheer, glossy, juicy-looking tint.”Because these polishes are sheer and buildable, “They’re meant to be layered and built up,” Nuñez says. “You can play with opacity and even mix in other shades to create depth and dimension.”
