St. Paul’s Anglican Church is located at the corner of 25th and Livingston Streets, Allentown, PA. We are a traditional church in every respect – faith, morals, pastoral care and worship. We unapologetically believe, teach and confess the historic Christian faith, which was “once delivered to the saints” and is found in the Old and New Testaments of Holy Scripture.
Our mission is to know The Christ and to make Him known. You are invited to come and join us to share in and celebrate the Good News of forgiveness in Christ!
Pastoral Care at St. Paul’s
The Clergy of St. Paul’s are especially committed to pastoral care and developing personal relationships. The clergy make pastoral home visitations to each member of the congregation and to whomever else may request it. In addition, a priest will always be available for hospital or in-home sick visitations, individual counseling, marriage counseling, home blessings and of course Holy Communion for shut-ins.
Worship at St. Paul’s
St. Paul’s as an Anglican parish, is descendant from the Church of England. As a traditional Anglican parish, our worship services are primarily conducted according to the use of the historic Book of Common Prayer in its 1928 edition. In this Liturgy, God absolves repentant sinners, and blesses us with His life-giving Word and Sacraments.
Through the Liturgy of the Prayer Book we join in communion with Christians throughout all ages and with all the heavenly hosts of angels and archangels in the worship of the eternal triune, God – the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
